Caesar Salad Dressing
| 4 | whole | anchovy fillets |
| 3 | cloves | garlic (finely diced) |
| 2 | whole | egg yolks |
| 1 | tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | tbsp | red wine vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tsp | dijon mustard |
| 1/3 | cup | olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1/2 | tbsp | salt |
| 1/2 | tbsp | black pepper (ground) |
A dressing for a Caesar salad. It’s also good for pretty much any salad.
Caesar Salad Dressing
Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake till mixed.
