Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
| 1/2 | cup | olive oil |
| 1/2 | cup | balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | dijon mustard |
| 3 | cloves | garlic (finely diced) |
| 1 | tbsp | sugar |
| 1/4 | tbsp | salt |
| 1/4 | tbsp | black pepper (ground) |
A simple and traditional French salad dressing.

Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake till mixed.
