Make some improvements to look and feel of the website.

Tasks

Switched out low res feature images with new high res ones
Found some stock images to use for various types of content
Pages and sections can now include featured.webp images for their cards and the hero image
General clean up of the code
Moved all the images out of /assets/images and into the content folder they are associated with
Profiles switched to using local images instead of links
All posts no longer use images or thumbnails params to find their featured images
Prep work for implementing a carousel again
Removed tags which doubled up the category
